Elaine L.R. Lee

Elaine Lee joined MacKenzie Gray in 2001. Prior to her association with MacKenzie Gray, Ms. Lee was employed with The Caldwell Partners International in Calgary. She has combined professional experience of just under twenty years in corporate and executive search.

Elaine has conducted executive search opportunities for senior and middle level executives throughout Canada and the United States. She has an in-depth knowledge across a wide spectrum of industries including high tech, oil and gas, public service, manufacturing, not-for-profit, transportation, utilities, and telecommunications.

Prior to entering the executive search industry Ms. Lee spent a number of years in the high-tech, financial, and non-for-profit sector as well as public practice, firstly as an Accountant and later as a Controller for a major North American company.

Part way through her corporate life, Elaine transitioned into Human Resources as a team leader and National Facilitator of Training and Performance. Amongst her many accomplishments Ms. Lee completed a study of the impact of organizational restructuring and change in today’s fast paced dynamic world. Based on the results of her work, she lectured across Canada on the importance of balancing personal and professional values.

Active in the community, she volunteers her time to such organizations as the Canadian Cancer Society, Kidney Foundation, the Heart and Stroke Foundation and the United Way. She is currently the Vice Chair of the Board for the Calgary Downtown Association, and the Chair of the Safety & Social Issues Committee.
